Welcome to A New Series called album battle where i host tournaments consisting of a certain artists disocgraphy and see which project is there best. With that being said lets get into it

Lyricism:

Revolver kinda wins this one by default as lost of Yellow submarine doesn’t have lyrics.

Songwriting:

I mean personally Yellow Submarine is kind of underrated in this topic with songs like It’s All Too Much and Only A Northern Song being great but Revolver has Eleanor Rigby which alone is better than everything on Yellow Submarine but then you add Here There and Everywhere and it’s not even close.

Sound:

I’m sorry cause I’ve just realized how unfair this battle is with one of The Beatles Most Famous albums vs one of their least famous albums. Overall both albums have a pretty psychedelic feel but Revolver feels more diverse and was essentially doing everything this album did better so another point to Revolver.

Delivery:

This one Yellow Submarine actually stands a chance. Hey Bulldog is full of energy and Only A Northern song perfectly fits the song.

Cohesion:

Revolver wins again by a landslide. Several songs in Revolver feel like sequels to each other and the most connected thing about Yellow Submarine is the music score in the second half.
